EXPERIENCE
As one of the founding members of Bay & Associates, Inc., Tim brings with him a diverse background having gained twenty plus years of mechanical design experience with other Houston and Austin based Consulting Engineering firms. Tim has experience working with some of the leading Developers and Architects. This experience gives Tim a firm foundation as Project Manager. Tim is involved in every facet of the Project including marketing, developing Project design and performance criteria with the Owner and Architect, preparation of Project specifications, leading the design effort, quality control, and supervising the contract administration phase of the Project.

Tim has been practicing his Mechanical specialty since 1982.
