EXPERIENCE
Randy joined Bay & Associates, Inc. in January of 2003. Randy brings the firm a diverse background of experience with projects ranging from Military facilities, high-rise office buildings, light industrial, religious facilities and educational facilities. Randy has gained over twenty (20) years of electrical engineering and design experience with major Honolulu and Austin-based Consulting Engineering firms. Randy has worked with some of the leading National Developers and Architects on a wide array of projects.
