As of this writing, Bay & Associates has 9 LEED Accredited Professionals.

 Chad Black, P.E., LEED® AP serves as the point of contact on MEP LEED related issues on all LEED projects at Bay & Associates and manages the MEP LEED documentation for every LEED project.

Bay & Associates has earned a reputation with our knowledge, experience, and expertise with LEED and have several architects & building owners that continue to have us join their team on LEED projects.

Bay & Associates has 4 projects that have gone through the entire “long” review process and have earned certifications. In addition to the 4 awarded projects we have several more currently in some state of USGBC review or design with a total of 40 projects registered with LEED On-Line. Our LEED project list is increasing and we have several more projects that have not formally sent out LEED On-line invitations to us.

As you can see we are committed to pursuing LEED projects and are very interested in teaming up with you on your next LEED project.
