EXPERIENCE
As a Project Engineer at Bay & Associates, Inc., Chad is responsible for mechanical engineering on projects. In addition to client relations, Chad directs other designers and performs quality control and management on multiple projects. Chad also serves as the primary point of contact for all MEP LEED related issues, as well as attending all LEED design meetings. Chad has experience with multiple LEED projects and currently manages LEED documentation on LEED On-Line for all Bay & Associates LEED projects. Prior to working at Bay & Associates, Inc. in December of 2004, Chad gained six plus years of mechanical engineering and project management experience with other Austin and Lubbock based Consulting Engineering firms. While obtaining his degree, Chad worked through school and gained valuable work experiences at Dell, Wayne Dresser Industries, and Texas Instruments. Chad has worked with some of the leading architects on a wide array of projects including office buildings, high-rise mixed use residential / retail, high-tech facilities, health care, restaurant, religious, and institutional projects, as well as LEED design on several projects.
